We print your custom oil change stickers on Roland solvent printers, using 4 and 8 color ink configuration. This technology allows us to make your labels in high quality and get vivid, non fading colors on them, the artworks can contain unlimited colors, pictures, gradients, etc., the whole surface of the reminder stickers can be customized based on your needs. To keep the prices low, we print the stickers in CMYKLcLmLk colors, white ink printing is not included, so if you want your reminder stickers printed on clear materials (which can be either the clear static cling or the clear low tack vinyl) most of the times we print the bars (writable fields) in yellow. Yes, we can definitely print the bars in white, however, there is an extra cost on that; white ink printing is way more expensive and much slower than the standard CMYK process.
The low tack materials are 3 mil thick vinyl, have a removable, low or ultra-low tack adhesive layer on their back. They are easy to peel off without leaving any residue. The static cling materials are 7 mil thick, have no adhesive layer on the back, they stay on the windshield by static energy. Static cling material works in warmer seasons, however, they are not developed for cold surfaces, so in colder areas during the winter they are not the best option, while the low tack materials work in all seasons great.
All the stickers are digitally and individually cut, and stay on small sheets, usually 6-9-12 oil change stickers per sheet, depending on the stickers' size and the ordered quantity. This method guarantee you that the first and the last stickers will be exactly the same in dimensions and colors.
